3D Map Interlaken Map of Interlaken Tourist Map
We created a fun and inspirational 3D cartoon-style map of the Interlaken region, which is easy for everyone.
The birds-eye-view Interlaken map shows the region between Lake Thun and Lake Brienz and uses the highly visible Harder Kulm as its main orientation point.
Since 2016, every summer and winter we distribute the hard-copy maps through multiple central and touristic locations, holiday apartments, camping receptions, tourist bureaus, restaurants, the Free Walking Tour crew, and our advertising partners.
Using the interactive online version of the map, visitors can plan their upcoming trip and get inspired by the best Interlaken has to offer before departure, while our Facebook site keeps you updated almost daily about what's happening in town!

What is this map?
This Interlaken map will feature advertisements of selected quality businesses we feel add value to Interlaken as a prime tourist destination. The map’s aim is to increase your business’ revenue by bringing you more guests, particularly during the off-peak weeks through managing distribution volume.
Both the hard-copy map and the accompanying online platform offer interesting and varied possibilities from a marketing perspective:

We have been working in the Interlaken hospitality sector for years, and always hear the same questions from travelers visiting the area:

The currently available maps of Interlaken are very good and detailed. However, they do not give an answer to these kind of questions at one glance.
Sadly, too many visitors stick to the main pedestrian routes along the Höhematte and Höheweg and never learn about Interlaken‘s hidden gems, let alone Matten, Bönigen, Unterseen and Neuhaus.
Thats why we created a fun, informative and inspirational Interlaken map that is easy to read for tourists from all corners of the world.
The Interlaken Tourist Map 3D is being distributed by our advertising partners, the Interlaken Free Walking Tour crew, local tourist bureaus, camping receptions, hotel receptions, restaurants and through local holiday apartments.
The Interlaken map is also available for download in PDF and can be explored using an interactive version on this website. It can also be viewed on Facebook.

We visit every business personally and reserve the right to not accept businesses based on their business model or the quality of the services provided.

We keep updating and improving the map and therefore reserve the right to make graphic and format changes.

How can I get on the map?
Who are we?
We are two Dutchies who have been working in the Interlaken hospitality sector for years. You may have seen us at Balmers Biergarten, Seiler au Lac, Three Tells Irish Pub, Figeler Bar Wengen, Camping Alpenblick or Ice Magic.
Prior to landing in Interlaken, we have lived and worked all over the world. The captivating beauty of the Alps and the amazing atmosphere kept us here. It is that great experience of Interlaken we want to share now with other visitors.
Every day we speak to many tourists from all over the world. We noted that more visitors spend less time in Interlaken, often limited to just one or two nights.
We wanted to give these time-pressured tourists an overview of the best Interlaken has to offer, while showing them the way and some insider tips and hidden gems at the same time.
